Day 01          :           Colombo – Gaya – Rajgir ( D )

Arrival Gaya. Meet on arrival and transfer to Rajgir with light snacks. Upon arrival check in hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.    

Day 02          :           Rajgir – Nalanda – Kushinagar ( B/L/D )

Morning after breakfast visit Gijjakuta Hill and Ajasatta Fort, take breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Nalanda which is 14 kms drive ( 20 mins ), and it was one of the oldest Universities of the world and International centre for Buddhist studies. With packed lunch continue to Kushinagar, arrival Kushinagar 20 hrs, on arrival check in at hotel. Dinner at hotel in Kushinagar. Overnight at hotel in Kushinagar.

Day 03          :           Kushinagar – Lumbini (B/L/D)

After breakfast visit Kushinagar – the place where Buddha entered perfect trainqillity – the state of Mahaparinirwana. Visit Temple Mahaparinirwana, the huge state of the reclining Buddha, Makutbhandana, lunch at hotel. Later drive to Lumbini. Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Day 04          :           Lumbini – Sravasti (B/L/D )

After breakfast visit Temples in Lumbini. Lumbini : the place whwre enlighten Gautam Buddha was born. Lunch in hotel later drive to Sravasti (197 kms / approx. 5 hrs drive). On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
                                                                                     
Day 05          :           Sravasti – Varanasi ( B/L/D )

After breakfast visit Sahet Mahet ( Capital of ancient kingdom of Kosala, Jethawana Gardens Buddhist Temples etc.). After lunch from hotel drive to Varanasi (8/9 hrs approx.). Arrival Varanasi and check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Varanasi : The eternal city one of the most important pilgrim sites in India and also a major tourist attraction, situated on the Banks of the sacred Ganges. The name Varanasi drived from two rivers. The Varuna and Assi. It is a great centre of learning and civilization. It is also known as Kashi and Banaras.

Day 06          :           Varanasi – Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

Early morning boat ride at River Ganga. After breakfast visit Saranath – about 10 kms from the holy city of Varanasi – is the blessed local where morethan 2500 years ago Buddha chooses to deliver his first sermon. After lunch drive to Bodhgaya (approx.7 hrs drive). 20.00 hrs : arrival Bodhgaya. On arrival checks in at hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 07          :           Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

0500 hrs : Early morning visit Mahabodhi Temple to offer Gee Rice Pooja ( Kiripidu Dhana ). Thereafter return to hotel.
0700 hrs : Breakfast
1200 hrs : Lunch, after lunch Dungeshwari Hill excursion.
1900 hrs : Dinner at hotel. O/N Bodhgaya

Day 08          :           Bodhgaya departure (B/L)

Morning after breakfast free. After lunch transfer to Airport to connect flight for Colombo.
